CRYSTAL HEALING LIGHT SESSION

The Crystal Bed Therapy was designed by the Healing Spirits embodied by John of God to extend their healing all over the world. The crystals create a portal through which the Healing Spirits direct their healing energy. Any healing that happens occurs because of the work of these benevolent Spirits. These Crystal Bed sessions rejuvenate, balance and align your energy fields, raise the overall vibration of your energetic bodies to assist in overall wellness which in turn allows the Healing Spirits to be present and able to work directly with you.
What is the John of God Crystal Bed?
The John of God Crystal Bed has 7 extremely clear and highly polished Vogel cut quartz crystals suspended approximately 12 inches above your body. Each crystal has been cut to a specific frequency and is aligned above one of the seven Chakras. Colored lights, chosen to match the frequency of the Chakra colors, radiate light and energy through the crystals to each respective Chakra. These lights shine on and off in certain rhythms to cleanse, balance, and align your energies. A John of God Crystal Bed session is safe and non-invasive. You simply remove your shoes, all metal jewelry and crystals, then lie on your back fully clothed on a massage table below the seven suspended crystals which align to your corresponding Chakra. Once comfortable, you will be covered by a white blanket, a lavender eye pillow is placed over your eyes, healing music is turned on, and finally the pulsating lights are activated. You relax, let go, and even fall asleep. The light, crystals, and the Healing Spirits will do the rest. 
What are the benefits of the Crystal Bed Therapy?
The Crystal Bed lifts the vibration on all, or any level of mind, body and spirit to assist well-being. It cleanses the Chakras from lower energies in your energy field, opening up the Chakras and cleansing any blockages which may impede the flow of life force energy into your bodily organs. This in turn helps with overall wellness, realigns, centers and corrects the spin of each Chakra thus allowing the Spirits of Light to work directly on your physical body.
How Should I Prepare for a Crystal Bed Healing Session?
You should wear white or light colored clothes to maximize the healing. Arrive to your session with a relaxed mind set, cultivating an attitude of letting go and allowing. The crystals evoke feelings of peace and serenity, a starting place for letting the energies amplified by the crystals transport you to greater levels of awareness and perception. You may experience insights and release specific personal issues and memories. At times, you may have sensations of warmth, movement, tingling, pressure, lightness or expansion in various centers of your body. Your awareness may extend beyond yourself to transpersonal states of higher consciousness or you may fall asleep! Each session in unique and very personal, allowing for you to experience what is necessary to your own healing and alignment process.
Drink adequate amounts of water before and after the session. Allow the benefits to unfold in the hours after the session with ease and gratitude. You have given yourself a Wonderful Gift!
How Long are the Crystal Bed Sessions?
Sessions at Lily & Jax Wellness Studio are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, allowing each client to decide whether to gently become accustomed to the effects of the Crystal Bed or to allow the Spirits to do deeper work.
How Often Should I Receive a Crystal Bed Healing Session?
The number of sessions in entirely individual. It can depend on the individual’s level of health and their reason for having Crystal Bed Sessions. If someone is very ill, sessions can be as many as two to three per week until their level of health increases, then reducing the frequency to weekly and then monthly. If someone is having Crystal Bed Sessions for a spiritual reason, then one or two sessions weekly are adequate. Or you may prefer to come when you feel the need as a preventative treatment or for a “tune up”.
What Results Can I Expect?
At the end of the session, all levels of the body ~ physical, psychological, etheric and astral are perfectly aligned. The Vogel cut quartz crystals keeps out any inappropriate behaviors and outdated ways of thinking in order to assist the mental and emotional levels of healing occur. They replace emptiness with self-confidence and self-worth. Physical diseases, whether minor or deep, are healed thus stimulating the body’s potential for self-recovery.
